An Easy New Way to Give
Donating from afar can be difficult. Now, thanks to the Foundation for Lake Chapala Charities, donating just got much easier. You can now use your credit card, debit card or PayPal account to make donations directly to the Villa. At the website, choose giving and then press the donate now button. Fill in the form, choosing Villa Infantil as your chosen charity. When the form is completed and you choose the continue button, you will be taken to PayPal Mexico. The first box in the form allows you to change your country to US (Estados Unidos) or Canada which will change your screen to English. You may need to do this to get the proper name and address fields. You may print out a receipt when your transaction is complete. And for those of you in the US, the Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 so your donation is now tax deductible!
Visiting the Villa
If you are visiting the area and would like to
visit the Villa to see your sponsored
child, you are encouraged to do so. Please observe the normal visiting hours.
Normal visiting hours at the Villa are:
Monday - Friday: 10AM to 12 & 4PM to 6PM
Saturday 10AM to 1:30PM.
No visiting hours on Sunday.
The orphanage
is located in the central highlands of Jalisco, Mexico on the south shore of Lake Chapala between San Pedro Tesistan and San Cristobal
From Chapala area, drive through Jocotepec toward Guadalajara. At the T-junction on the outskirts of town, turn left towards Mazamitla and drive 9.5 km. Entrance is on the left hand side of the highway
